Dear brothers, Bishops, Priests, Religious men and women in our Lord Jesus Christ, It is with the love and joy of God that I send you here news of the greatest Treasure that the Lord wants to manifest to us at this moment in the history of humanity, because the time has come for Its Infinite value to finally be known. Although this Treasure is for everyone, since it has been given by Our Lord Jesus Christ and transmitted through our Holy Mother Church, as you will later see, He, in His Designs, placed in my heart the urgency and responsibility of sending this communication that I have had the privilege of receiving, only to Cardinals, Bishops, Priests and Religious (2004). It is only in my absolute trust in God that I dare to address you. The importance of what is contained in this Treasure is transcendental, and with the Grace of God, I present to you what in my very poor way, I can share with you as a short introduction and News of Love in this regard. I attach to this the complete contents of this Treasure. I introduce you to everything that is contained in this Treasure, in harmony and communion with the following quotes from Holy Scripture, praying: “…so that your hearts may be encouraged and united in love, and may reach in all their richness the full intelligence and perfect knowledge of the mystery of God, in which are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.” Colossians 2:2,3. “…until we all attain to the unity of faith and knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the extent of the full stature of Christ.” Ephesians 4:13. “…I do not cease to give thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers, that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of Glory, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him" Ephesians 1:16,17. “May the God of peace…equip you with every good thing for the fulfillment of His Will, working in us what is well-pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. In this communication you will find for the first time, access to the Truths and Knowledge that were manifested by Jesus Christ Our Lord, to the now Servant of God, Luisa Piccarreta, whose Cause for Beatification was opened by the Church on November 24, 1994, Feast Solemnity of Christ the King, as a result of the directive given on Holy Saturday, April 2, 1994, by the then Cardinal, Joseph Ratzinger, Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith and future Pope, HH. These writings were kept in the Vatican Archives for almost 60 years, until they were made accessible to the Tribunal for the Cause of Beatification on FEBRUARY 2, 1996, the Feast of the Presentation of the Lord. The content of these writings was received by Luisa directly from the Lord Jesus, and she, under strict obedience of her confessors, wrote them over a period of 40 years. (“Even if Revelation is already complete, it has not been made completely explicit”) See Catechism of the Catholic Church #66. By 1927, Luisa's writings to date (the first 19 volumes and The Hours of the Passion), had already obtained a "Nihil Obstat" from the now Saint, Anníbale Maríe Di Francia (her Confessor, Spiritual Director and Censor on behalf of the Archdiocese), and the Imprimatur from the local Archbishop, Mons. Giuseppe M. Leo. On December 18, 1997, Rev. Cosimo Reho, Professor of Dogmatic Theology, sent his evaluation of the writings to the Tribunal for the Cause of Beatification in response to the Tribunal's request. The same had been previously done by the Rev. Antonio Resta, Rector of the Pontifical Theological Institute of Southern Italy, on June 2, 1997. These two theologians, independently commissioned by the Court to make such an evaluation of all his writings, gave their verdict POSITIVE. On October 29, 2005, H.E. Monsignor Giovani Battista Pichierri, Archivescovo di Trani, Barletta - Bisceglie e titolare di Nazaret, in Corato, Italy, having concluded the diocesan investigation ("Inchiesta diocesana") on the reputation of sanctity, with the collection of testimonies and documents, and with the POSITIVE verdict of the two theologians commissioned by the Diocese, submitted the definitive judgment on the sanctity of the Servant of God Luisa Piccarreta to the Holy Father. In a statement dated May 30, 2008, the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, the Archbishop reported that the Congregation for the Causes of Saints, while awaiting the issuance of the decree on the legal validity of the diocesan investigation ("Inchiesta diocesana"), had submitted the writings of the Servant of God to the examination of two other theological censors (whose names must remain secret), in conformity with canonical norms and current practice." - Communiqué n. 2 (Prot.n.098/08/c3) About the process of Beatification and Canonization of the Servant of God Luisa Piccarreta. THE DICASTERY ORDERED THIS REQUIREMENT TO BE COMPLETED IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO ISSUE THE DECREE ON THE LEGAL VALIDITY OF THE DIOCESAN INVESTIGATION AND THUS, INITIATE THE ROMAN PROCESS. THE THEOLOGICAL CENSORS, APPOINTED BY THE CHURCH, MUST EXAMINE THE WRITINGS AND VERIFY THAT THERE IS NOTHING IN THEM CONTRARY TO FAITH AND CUSTOMS. IN THEIR OPINION THEY MUST ALSO DESCRIBE THE PERSONALITY AND SPIRITUALITY OF THE SERVANT OF GOD. This news was announced by the Postulator of the Cause, Monsignor Paolo Rizzi, on August 10, 2024. … In June 2024, the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith issued its Nihil Obstat for the resumption of the Cause, which was formally announced by the Dicastery for the Cause of Saints to the Postulation on July 8, 2024. This is not another devotion, nor a new charism to illuminate a part of the Attributes of God, but it is the Holiness of God Himself as True Life of the soul in whom He wants to infuse His very own Acts and in them His own Holiness. These Acts caused Jesus as many wounds, deaths and sufferings for as many sins that have been committed and as much good that has been omitted. He endured all in His Spirit of Love for souls to save and sanctify them and created for each a Divine Life. These Divine Acts of the Humanity of Jesus are eternal reparations for the great divorce of the human will from the Divine Will, from Adam and Eve to the last who shall live on the earth. All are done to draw the Kingdom on earth as in Heaven, through the sanctification of souls who will live in this “New and Divine Holiness with which the Holy Spirit wants to enrich Christians at the dawn of the third millennium so as to make Christ the Heart of the world” (From Pope Saint John Paul II’s letter to the Rogationist Fathers on the centenary of the death of their founder, St. Annibale di Francia, who lived in this Divine Holiness having learned it from his spiritual child, Luisa Piccarreta, as censor of her writings and first to publish and propagate them.) Pope St. John Paul II spoke very often throughout His Pontificate about the “New and Divine Holiness” that we all await with great expectations.  
February 26, 1930 How it is necessary to desire a good. If a people is not formed for the Divine Will, It cannot have Its Kingdom. Jesus says to Luisa: “My daughter, longing for, desiring and wanting a good is to dispose oneself to receive it; and when one receives a good that has been greatly longed for, one loves it, appreciates it, keeps it safe, holds it as the welcome one and the bearer of the longed-for good. Not only this, but this is another excess of Our Love: We make the creature long for the good that We want to give, because We want her to place something of her own - at least her sighs, her prayers, her will of wanting that good, so as to be able to say to her: ‘See, you have deserved it, because, on your part, you have done what you could in order to obtain it; and We, with all Our Heart, give it to you’… Did We not do the same for the Kingdom of Redemption? ‘You have wanted it, you have deserved it, and my Will is now coming to Reign in your midst. By knowing It, praying It, longing for It, you have formed Its chosen people in which It might dominate and Reign.’… Therefore, do not be surprised if, while you see so much interest on my part, wanting my Will to Reign, then you see that It delays. These are the dispositions of Our unreachable Wisdom, which disposes everything with order; and the delay serves to place Its Knowledge on the way, which will act as letters, as telegraphs, as telephone, as messengers, to form the people of my Divine Will".
